If my stomach is full of acid, that keep the stomach acid and to hold in my belly, that gravity is the intention?

The acid goes into your bowel. The pH of gastric contents measured in the intestine and a hormone secretin is released. Secretin stimulates the secretion of bicarbonate in the pancreas to neutralize stomach acid.
