Since diabetics should monitor their blood glucose levels between 72 to 108 thought in all times. Before reading your blood sugar foods should normally between 72, 108 2 hours after the reading of more than 190 foods can differ depending on what they ate, without medication. Therefore, we must take our medicine after meals and measured 2 hours later. If we do not take the medication, your blood sugar levels would be higher in the blood will affect our body organs like the kidney and the eye of the foot. Late in the evening without dinner should be between 72 to 108 Remember to take your medication after meals, it keeps your blood sugar levels normal blood, and diabetes.

It can be anything, there is no middle ground. Type 2 can vary from mild to severe, and it depends on how they are controlled.

This is normal 60-100 fasting or as close to 100, can get it. Night before bedtime, and depends on many factors. There is no middle ground.

Before the meal is the same as fasting and after should be below 160 two hours after a meal. It is the goal, not necessarily average.

You think too much. You try to maintain a reasonable average for the whole day. So, before the food is better. Many variables to treat after dinner. Visit my blog and read the array of blood glucose.

Best wishes

To reach once more the demand on the environment or type-2-goals?

Averages probably suck as many type 2s are not serious about not treating your illness.

Among the objectives:

Pre-meal: \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ u0026lt, 99 mg / dl (normal)
1 hours after a meal: \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ u0026lt, 140 mg / dL
U0026lt 2 hours after meals: \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\, 120 mg / dL
