Help on starting to fire quad after meniscus repair? - meniscus repair

Recently had a major repair mensicus approximately 5-6 weeks. After much pain in my knee when I in weight and still can not go yet. Any help with my quad muscles again, without being too painful to fire?

You should be in formal physical therapy at this point. Must be used with conditions, or manual therapy to help get your quad fire. It is not uncommon and after surgery can be very frustrating. Sometimes just with a little help from his PT with signals or even support the execution of exercises. Biofeedback can really help, and the regeneration of the force of contraction. Personally, I do not think using a lot with my patients, but electrical stimulation may help in stubborn cases.

Ouch! I assume that the repair by open and arthroscopic surgery is not performed. When Amy Winehouse Rehab sings, she sings for you! Renovation, modernization, conversion painful! After six weeks, it seems that this is both pain and mobility should be improved. Many objects in their recovery factor, including age, medications you take and exercise. Do you have a perpetual motion machine is Mobile? Ice cubes?
Do you know if your doctor the arrows or bolts used? Good luck to you, tell us how you do it.
